The short version: we give you information from the public record. We do not value your home for you, and you always make your own decisions.
What the service is
Irish Property Insights shows what homes actually sold for across Ireland, drawn from public open-data records. It is a research and information tool. By using it you agree to these terms.
Information, not valuations
Everything we show is information, not a valuation. We do not issue formal valuations, and nothing on the site is a valuation of, or an offer on, any specific property. Any per-property bid guidance offered as a separate, paid advisory service is advisory only — you personally decide and place every bid. We never bid, negotiate, or make an offer on your behalf.
Accuracy
We take care to reflect the public record faithfully but can't guarantee the source data is complete or error-free, and prices are historical. Use the information as one input to your own judgement — not as the sole basis for a financial decision. Consider professional advice for your specific circumstances.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Don't scrape, bulk-download, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that misuse it.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using the information. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
